As a key marker, Elevated Leaders understand that the way to be a next-level leader is to humbly and happily serve others.

An Elevated leader has a new invigorated purpose in their work. They are bought into the business’ goals and bottom-line, but perceive another transcended purpose that goes beyond their own personal success and advancement. They see the purpose of their work as a means to serve and give lift to others first before themselves. Additionally, their elevated purpose involves wanting to elevate and develop others who will have a similar passion to serve and develop others.
