​Ian has close to 20 years of experience in executive leadership of organisations and teams. Whilst guiding organizations towards strategic goals, his focus has remained on the development, counselling, and coaching of the next generation of dynamic leaders. This is founded upon Ian’s deeply held belief that that people are the greatest asset in any organization, and therefore, people-development must be the primary concern of any growing business. 

 

As well as serving in top-level leadership, he has also excelled in many emphases such as: organisational strategy, teaching and training on various topics, both personal and professional, public speaking, writing/curriculum development, organisation branding, and community outreach. He is capable of leading-from-the front, by casting vision in large-group contexts, as well as understands the critical nature of mentoring-leadership done in one-on-one or small group settings for lasting growth. 

 

Ian has had multiple personal and professional experiences in over 10 countries.  He is certified as a trainer through Lead International UK, which supplies the leadership training for one of America’s highest rated foodservice chains, a company that has crossed $20 Billion+ USD sales in 2023. Additionally, he has served as the President of Global Neighbor, which is an organization that specialises in developing leaders to live and work in multicultural contexts and in many different sectors.  He was awarded a national-level leadership award (Lifeway Leadership Award) for his dedication to leadership and people development in the United States and abroad. 

 

Ian’s ultimate passion is in cultivating the heart and character of the next generation of leaders who will serve others and continue to develop other leaders who do the same.  His unique focus on people-development and values-driven leadership makes him a valuable resource for any business seeking sustainable growth through leadership coaching, values training, and team development.He is proficient in the local language (Bengali) and has a deep love for the people and culture of this country.
